"猪肉丝适量","猪血半块","咸笋一小块","红萝卜半条","金针菇3分之1包","新鲜木耳1大片","干香菇3朵","葱3条","油适量","白胡椒适量","白醋半碗","黑醋适量","酱油少许","香油3匙","白砂糖2匙","豆腐半块","米酒少许","鸡蛋1颗"
酸辣汤的做法
1、食材通通切丝葱花
2、肉丝腌酱油跟米酒白胡椒备用
3、准备热水猪血丝要先烫过捞起来备用豆腐丝
4、下油先炒肉丝炒香再下香菇炒香再下红萝卜丝炒香再下木耳咸笋
5、换汤锅加水在下烫过的猪血丝豆腐丝水滚后加金针菇
6、调味白醋半碗酱油2匙盐巴适量糖2匙自己在试试什么味道要多加喜欢酸就多加一点
7、起锅前加蛋花葱花白胡椒香油三匙要吃的时后可加一点黑醋在碗里香气更好因为本人怕胖没有勾欠一样好吃
