双菇烩豆干的做法
1、白豆干切片川烫备用。红萝卜去皮切片、木耳切粗丝、香菇切片、金针菇切段、葱切段备用
2、起油锅爆香葱段,再放入红萝卜、木耳、香菇拌炒
3、放入金针菇拌匀,倒入白豆干,加入酱油轻轻拌匀以免豆干破掉,再加水盖锅盖闷煮至水滚
4、水滚后续煮2分钟,起锅前加点香油即可
