用料
水Water500ml,面粉Flour2大匙tbsp.,鸡粉ChickenStock2大匙tbsp.,玉米粒KernelCorn1/4杯cup,牛奶Milk1/4杯cup,蛋Egg1颗pc.
玉米汤的做法
1、将水加入小锅子中先不要开火,然后加入面粉拌匀直到没有小颗粒.Addwatertoasmallpotwithoutturningontheheat,thenaddflourthenmixuntiltherearenolumps.
2、开大火后加入鸡粉和玉米粒搅拌均匀.Turnontheheattohighthenaddchickenstockandkernelcorn,mixwell.
3、打蛋,先放旁边.Beateggandsetitaside.
4、汤稍微开后加入牛奶.转小火,煮开.Oncethesoupisslightlyboiled,addmilk.Turntomediumheat,bringtoboil.
5、关火将蛋汁慢慢加入汤内,用汤匙以同一方向将蛋打散.Turnofftheheat,addeggslowlyandmixwithspoonwithcircularmotioninthesamedirection.
