香菇Shitake6朵,热水Hotwater200ml,油葱酥Friedgarlic2大匙tbsp.,猪绞肉Groundpork400g,蒜头Garlic3颗cloves,香油Sesameoil1大匙tbsp.,酱油Soysauce60ml,糖Sugar1大匙tbsp.,青葱Greenonion2根pcs
香菇肉燥的做法
1、使用热水泡软香菇,切碎.把水留起来.SoakShitakewithhotwaterfor10minsthenchopintosmallpcs.Keepthewaterfornow.
2、热锅,加入绞肉,香油,肉燥,油葱酥,蒜头,将水份炒出至绞肉焦香味出,炒干水气。Heatapot,addgroundpork,sesameoil,friedgarlic,garlic,mixwellandpanfrieduntilfragrant.
3、加入酱油,香菇水和香菇加入锅内.稍微煮开.Addsoysauce,shitakewaterandshitakeintothepotandbringtoboil.
4、转小火闷烧15~20分钟.Turntheheattolowandstewfor15-20mins.
