用料
洋葱Onion1/2颗(pc),植物油canolaoil1小匙(tsp),绞牛肉groundbeef1/2磅(lb),绞猪肉groundpork1/2磅(lb),蛋egg1颗,面包粉breadcrumbs1/2杯(cup),盐salt1/4小匙(tsp),黑胡椒blackpepper少许Some,水Water1/2杯(cup)
日式汉堡排的做法
1、洋葱切碎Choppedonion.
2、将洋葱炒软,分成两份,一半先放旁边,另一半放进搅拌盆.Sautéonionuntilsoftandthencoolitdowncompletely.Splitinto2parts.
3、用手将以下材料捏匀:洋葱,绞牛肉,绞猪肉,盐,蛋和面包粉.Mixbyhand:onion,groundbeef,groundpork,salt,groundpepper,eggandbreadcrumbs.
4、取1份以双手来回拍打让空气排出,将每份肉团如法炮制.Tossingmixturesfromlefttorighthandacoupleoftimesinordertoreleasetheairinsideforallpatties.
5、热锅后将肉排以大火煎至焦黄.Pan-friedonesideofthepattiesuntilitbecomemediumtodarkbrownandformacrustonhighheat.
6、转至中火候,将水倒入锅中关上盖子煮至汉堡排全熟Turntheheatdown,pourthewaterintothepanandcookwiththelidclosedfor2minusorthepattiesarecompletelycooked.
7、汉堡排翻面继续煎至焦黄FliptheHamburgerandcontinuecookinguntilbrowned
8、取出汉堡排Takethehamburgersoutandsetaside.
9、酱料:在同一个锅里加入另一半洋葱,酱油和黑胡椒.炒约一分钟左右.Sauce:Addtherestoftheonionintothesamepan,addsoysauceandgroundpepperandcookforaminusorso.
10、汉堡排盛盘淋上酱料Putthehamburgersontoaplateandpoursauceontop
