用料
猪肩肉PorkShoulder1~2磅(lb),橄榄油OliveOil1大匙(tbsp),迷迭香Rosemary1大匙(tbsp),蒜头Garlic3颗(cloves),盐Salt1小匙(tsp)
烤猪肩肉的做法
1、将猪肩肉拿出来在室温放约30分钟到一小时.Takeyourporkroastoutofthefridgeandletitsitatroomtemperaturefor30minutestoanhour.
2、预热烤箱350°F/177°C.Preheatovento350°F/177°C.
3、烤箱在预热当中,切蒜头后和其他香料混合.Meanwhile,mincegarlicandmixwithalltheotherseasonings.
4、把混和好的香料均匀的抹上猪肩肉.Rubthemixliberallyallovertheroast.
5、将猪肩肉放进烤盘中,用锡箔纸盖起.Puttheroastinalargeroastingpan,andcover.
6、猪肩肉放进烤箱后烤约40分钟,或直到猪肉内部温度到达150°F/65°C.Roastforabout40minutesoruntilinternaltemperatureoftheporkreachesaround150°F/65°C.
