炖干贝猪肚排骨山药汤的做法
猪肚洗净川烫后,加入2大匙米酒与葱放入电锅内外锅放1杯水蒸熟干贝泡水加入少许米酒备用,排骨川烫洗净备用将猪肚斜切片与排骨干贝加水放入电锅内,外锅1杯半的水蒸软排骨~将山药切块,2匙米酒后再放入一起煮约15~20分调味即可~(也可用电锅,外锅再加一杯水)
