[蛋料理]素鱼香烘蛋的做法
将鲜奶置入鸡蛋充分搅匀,酱汁搅拌均匀待用
蛋液倒入锅中煎烘,用筷子在中间慢慢的画圈圈搅动让蛋受热平均,容易凝固,两面煎熟即可起锅
酱汁煮滚加入芶芡水,将烘蛋淋上鱼香料洒上葱花,即可上桌PS1.有肉末会更有香气,肉末炒熟后再加入酱汁并芶芡,淋上烘蛋即可上桌
