用料
"去骨鸡腿1支","鸡翅4支","五花肉1条","青葱1支","大蒜头8颗","姜片5片","板栗20~30颗","酱油1杯(量米杯)","米酒半杯","水1杯半","冰糖2.5大匙","八角3颗"
板栗烧鸡的做法
备料:青葱切段,姜切片,蒜头去皮,鸡腿肉切块,五花肉切块备好调味料,
煮一锅水,将五花肉略川烫后取出,板栗下锅煮约3分钟取出后去皮
油锅下一汤匙油,蒜头,青葱,姜片下锅爆香,将五花肉下锅稍煎一下,加入鸡肉略炒一下,加入一半调味料,闷煮上色
将全部食材移入锅中,水位与食材切平即可,大火煮沸后转小火炖煮约1.5小时即可
