一礶雅芝竹心去水及切碎1(14ounce)canartichokehearts,drainedandchopped
一包急凍碎波菜去水及切碎1(10ounce)packagefrozenchoppedspinach,thawed,drainedandsqueezeddry
一包輭忌廉軟芝士8ouncescreamcheese
半杯碎格魯耶爾芝士1/2cupshreddedGruyerecheese
半杯碎帕马森芝士1/2cupfinelygratedParmigiano
1/4茶匙辣醬1/4teaspoonhotsauce
少許肉荳蔻粉1pinchgroundnutmeg
少許鹽及黑椒saltandfreshlygroundblackpeppertotaste
1/4杯碎馬蘇里拉芝士1/4cupshreddedmozzarellacheese
波菜雅芝竹開胃醬的做法
1、預熱焗爐華氏400度Preheatovento400degreesF(200degreesC).
2、牛油熱熔,中火炒軟蔥白加少許鹽,大概五分鐘,加蒜頭略炒,離火。

3、混合波菜、雅芝竹、忌簾軟芝士、格魯耶爾芝士、帕馬森芝士、辣醬、肉荳蔻粉、鹽及黑椒Mixspinach,artichokehearts,creamcheese,Gruyere,Parmigiano-Reggiano,hotsauce,nutmeg,salt,andpepperinalargebowluntilcombined.
4、將混合好的材料舖滿焗盤,灑上馬蘇里拉芝士Spoonartichokemixtureintotworamekins.Topeachwithshreddedmozzarellacheese.
5、放進焗爐焗大約25分鐘至金黄Bakeinthepreheatedovenuntiltopsaregoldenbrownandbubbling,about25minutes.
