【食材】:【面包】:鸡蛋1颗;室温牛奶80cc;酵母粉4公克;细砂糖20公克;高筋面粉200公克;盐3公克;融化无盐奶油30公克;【内馅:】:马铃薯(连皮重量)400-420公克;盐1/4小匙;黑胡椒粉1/4小匙;动物性鲜奶油40cc;披萨用起司丝40公克;【其他:】:牛奶--涂抹表面用少许;融化无盐奶油--涂抹表面用少许;
起司马铃薯面包的做法
1颗鸡蛋、80cc室温牛奶加入搅拌盆中,混合Add1eggand80ccroomtemperaturemilkintothemixingbowl,mix
加入4公克酵母粉Add4gramsofyeastpowder
加入20公克细砂糖Add20gramsofcastersugar
将糖搅拌至溶解Stirthesugaruntildissolved
加入200公克高筋面粉Add200gramsofhigh-glutenflour
加入3公克盐Add3gramsofsalt
用面粉将盐稍微覆盖lightlycoverthesaltwithflour
将所有材料搅拌混合成面团Stirallingredientstoformadough
将面团摊开,中间挖出凹洞Spreadoutthedoughandmakeaholeinthecenter
将30公克融化的无盐奶油到入面团凹洞中Pour30gramsofmeltedunsaltedbutterintothecavitiesofthedough
用搅拌刀辅助搅拌面团,让面团吸收奶油Useamixingknifetohelpstirthedough,allowingthedoughtoabsorbthecream
接着搅揉面团thenkneadthedough
搅揉到面团可以拉出薄膜Kneaduntilthedoughcanpulloutthefilm
包上保鲜膜,让面团发酵膨胀至2-3倍大Wrapinplasticwrapandletthedoughriseto2-3timesitssize
做内馅~马铃薯去皮,放入装有水的锅中Makethefilling~peelthepotatoesandputtheminapotwithwater
放入电锅煮熟。(电锅外锅加1杯水(200cc))Putitinanelectricpotandcook.(Add1cupofwater(200cc)totheouterpotoftheelectriccooker)
将煮熟的马铃薯压成泥mashedboiledpotatoes
加入1/4小匙盐Add1/4tspsalt
加入1/4小匙黑胡椒粉Add1/4tspblackpepper
将调味料搅拌均匀Stirtheseasoningswell
将40cc鲜奶油分次加入Add40ccfreshcreaminportions
搅拌至鲜奶油被马铃薯泥吸收Stiruntilthewhippedcreamisabsorbedbythemashedpotatoes
取出发酵好的面包Takeoutthefermentedbread
分割成2份Divideinto2parts
排掉面团中的气体degassthedough
将面团擀成圆形或长方形Rolloutthedoughintoacircleorrectangle
擀好的面团放入烤盘或烤盆Placetherolleddoughinabakingtrayorpan
平舖入马铃薯馅料SpreadintoPotatoFilling
舖上披萨用起司丝Shreddedcheeseforpizza
盖上另一半面团Coverwiththeotherhalfofthedough
将上下两片面团边缘黏合Gluetheedgesofthetopandbottompiecesofdoughtogether
黏合处收到面团下方Thegluedpartisreceivedunderthedough
包上保鲜膜,发酵35-40分钟Wrapinplasticwrapandfermentfor35-40minutes
40分钟後表面刷上牛奶After40minutes,brushthesurfacewithmilk
放入预热到160℃的烤箱,烘烤30分钟Bakeinanovenpreheatedto160°Cfor30minutes
烘烤完成取出面包,表面涂上融化的奶油~完成Afterthebakingiscomplete,takeoutthebreadandcoatthesurfacewithmeltedbutter~Done
