栉瓜煎饼的做法
栉瓜的头尾去除後,再切成厚度0.5公分的圆片Afterremovingtheheadandtailofzucchini,cutinto0.5cmthickroundslices
在栉瓜片上撒盐,腌渍15分钟Sprinklesaltonthezucchinislicesandmarinatefor15minutes
准备3大匙面粉Prepare3tbspflour
鸡蛋一颗,加入1/4小匙盐1egg,add1/4tspsalt
将鸡蛋打散breaktheeggs
用厨房纸巾将栉瓜上的水份擦干Drythezucchiniwithakitchentowel
锅热後加入1大匙油Whenthepanishotadd1tbspoil
栉瓜两面先沾裹上面粉并将多余的粉拍掉Coatbothsidesofthezucchiniwithflourandpatoffexcessflour
再将栉瓜沾裹上蛋液Coatzucchiniwitheggwash
放入加热好的平底锅中,以中小火煎制Placeinaheatedpanandcookovermedium-lowheat
煎至1分钟後,将栉瓜翻面,再煎1分钟Afterfryingfor1minute,turnthezucchinioverandfryforanother1minute
栉瓜煎好後排入盘中Afterthesquashisfried,putitontheplate
来调酱汁~酿造酱油或鲣鱼酱油1大匙Toadjustthesauce~brewedsoysauceorbonitosoysauce1tbsp
冷开水1/2大匙1/2tbspcoldboiledwater
砂糖1小匙1tspgranulatedsugar
搅拌均匀後,酱汁就调好了Aftermixingwell,thesauceisready
