电锅放入低网架Puttheelectriccookeronthelowrack
外锅倒入350cc清水Pour350ccofwaterintotheouterpot
放入装有藕片的锅子,盖上锅盖,压下开关,进店第一次蒸煮Putinthepotwithlotusrootslices,coverthepot,presstheswitch,andstartthefirststeaming
蒸煮完,在藕片中加入冰糖Aftersteaming,addrocksugartolotusrootslices
外锅再次加入350cc清水,盖上锅盖,压下开关,进店第二次蒸煮Add350ccofwatertotheouterpotagain,coverthepot,presstheswitch,andstartthesecondsteaming
蒸煮完成,取出藕片,静置糖渍一晚Afterthecookingiscomplete,takeoutthelotusrootslicesandletthemstandforonenight
隔天用小火将糖水煮至变浓稠(用筷子夹取藕片有黏稠的挂糖感即可)Boilthesugarwateroverlowheatthenextdayuntilitthickens
煮好後,倒出藕片将糖水沥干Aftercooking,pouroutthelotusrootslicesanddrainthesugarwater
准备烤盘,铺上烤盘纸後,将藕片排上去Preparethebakingtray,spreadtheparchmentpaper,andarrangethelotusrootslicesonit
第一次烘烤~放入预热到150度烤箱,烘烤30分钟。Bakingforthefirsttime~Putitinapreheatedovenat150degreesandbakefor30minutes.
第一次烘烤结束,取出将藕片翻面Afterthefirstbakingisover,takeoutthelotusrootslicesandturnthemover
翻面完成再次放入烤箱烘烤20分钟,温度设定为130度Flipoverandbakeagainintheovenfor20minutesat130degrees
