【食材】:板豆腐(或百页豆腐)300g;福菜80g;辣椒1只;姜2片;糖1小匙;
福菜焖豆腐的做法
豆腐切成有厚度的小方块Cuttofuintothickcubes
福菜重复用水清洗干净之後挤干,直到盐份降低到适当咸度FuCaiisrepeatedlywashedwithwaterandsqueezeddryuntilthesaltisreducedtotheappropriatelevelofsaltiness
清洗後的福菜切成小段Cutthewashedcabbageintosmallpieces
辣椒去籽切丝(喜欢吃辣的可以保留辣椒籽)Deseedandshredthepeppers(youcankeepthepepperseedsifyoulikespicyfood)
姜切成姜末Gingercutintomincedginger
锅烧热後,加入一大匙油,将豆腐煎至两面金黄後捞出Afterthepanishot,addatablespoonofoilandfrythetofuuntilgoldenbrownonbothsides
继续使用煎豆腐的锅子,将姜末放入炒香Continuetousethepanforfryingtofu,addthemincedgingerandstir-fryuntilfragrant
再放入福菜炒出香味Thenaddinthesauerkrautandstir-fryuntilfragrant
之後姜辣椒也放入,略拌炒一下Thenaddgingerandchili,stirfryforawhile
拌炒後将豆腐也放入,继续拌炒Afterstirring,addthetofuandcontinuetostirfry
接下来倒入300cc清水Next,pourin300ccofwater
加入1小匙糖add1tspsugar
盖上锅盖焖煮至豆腐入味Coverthepotandsimmeruntilthetofuistasty
大约焖煮20分钟後,掀开锅盖确认水量Afterabout20minutesofsimmering,openthelidtochecktheamountofwater
开大火将水稍微收干後,关火盛盘Turnonthefireandletthewaterdryupalittle,thenturnoffthefireandservetheplate
