焗烤香脆培根起司的做法
1、将培根放进大的烤盘中,放进冷的烤箱(中架).设定烤箱400F/200C.烤约15-20分钟.看看培根够不够脆,如果有脆度就ok了.PutbaconstripsonalargebakingpanandplaceonmiddlerackofaCOLDoven.Setthetemperatureto400degrees.Bakefor15-20minutes.
2、将碎薯饼放进主要烤盘中.将少许培根的油加入搅拌.烤约15分钟.
Prepareanotherbakingpan,pourhashbrownsintothepan,stirsomebacongreaseintothehashbrowns,andbakefor15mins.
3、将青葱切碎,红萝卜切丝.备用.Chopgreenonion,shredcarrot.Setaside.
4、培根切碎.将培根,红萝卜,薯饼和所有调味料一起搅拌均匀.切达起司均匀撒在最上面.放回烤箱再烤约5分钟直到起司融化.Chopbaconintosmallpieces.Mixeverythingincludingseasoningwithhashbrowns.Sprinkleshreddedcheeseontop.Bakeanadditional5minutes.
5、最后上菜前撒上青葱.Finallysprinklegreenonionsjustbeforeserving.
