香蕉水果冰的做法
1、水和白糖加入锅内煮滚,搅拌均匀后放凉.Putwaterandsugarintoacookingpot,bringtoboil,mixwellthenletcool.
2、香蕉剥皮切块加入子弹机或果汁机,再加入步骤一的水.Peelandcutbanana,putintothemagicbulletorblenderandaddthewatermixturefromstepone.
3、搅拌约一分钟或者至果泥状.Mixforaminuteorblenduntilsmooth.
4、将果泥加进冰棒模具后冰一个晚上.Pourmixtureintopopsiclemolds,thenfreezeovernight.
