猪肉片SlicedPork500克g,青葱GreenOnion1根pc,姜泥MicedGinger10g,大蒜Garlic4颗cloves,辣椒ChiliPepper3条pcs,辣椒油ChiliOil5g,酱油SoySauce15g,芝麻油SesameOil10g,白醋WhiteVinegar少许Some
蒜泥白肉的做法
1、滚一锅水,将猪肉一片一片慢慢放进锅里.再加入青葱和姜泥去腥味.Boilapotofwater,andputporkslicesintothepotandboiluntilcooked.AddGreenonionandgingerbringtoboil,togetridoftheporkytastes.
2、将猪肉片拿起摆盘放凉.Thentakethemoutanddisplayontheplatetocool.
3、蒜头和辣椒切碎(辣椒如果是新鲜的就切碎,干燥的可用手拨碎),加入一个小碗里.Mincegarlicandchili(chopchiliifit’sfresh,ifit’sdriedyoucanjustbreakthembyhand),thenputintoabowl.
4、加入酱油,芝麻油,白醋,最后加入辣油,搅拌均匀.Addsoysauce,sesameoil,whitevinegarandlastchilioil,mixwell.
5、将酱料淋上猪肉片.Sprinklethesaucesonthepork.
