香草布丁粉PuddingMix1包(50g),鲜奶油Heavycream2杯cup,鲜奶Milk1杯cup,奶油Butter1/2杯cup,水Water12杯cup,盐Salt¼小匙tsp,面粉Flour1杯cup,蛋Eggs4颗pcs
泡芙的做法
1、香草布丁粉,鲜奶油和牛奶搅拌均匀,放进冰箱.Mixvanillainstantpuddingmix,heavycream,milktogether.Coverandrefrigeratetoset.
2、烤箱预热425F/220C.Preheatovento425F/220C.
3、在一个锅子里,加入水和奶油煮开,再慢慢加入面粉和盐,搅拌至球状.Inapot,putwaterandbuttertoarollingboil.Stirinflourandsaltuntilthemixtureturnsintoaball.
4、将面粉球放进搅拌盆里,将蛋一颗一颗加入和搅拌均匀.Transferthedoughtoamixingbowl.Useamixerbeatineggsoneatatime.
5、用汤匙将步骤3转至烤盘中.Useaspoon;dropthemixtureontothebakingsheet.
6、放入烤箱烤20-25分钟直到稍微焦黄,中间应该是干的(用筷子戳戳看).Bakefor20-25mins,untilgoldenbrown,centersshouldbedry.
7、泡芙烤好后,将烤箱开一点缝隙让泡芙慢慢降温.Onceit’sdonebaking,onlycrackopentheovenforabitandlettheshellcooldownveryslowly.
8、用小刀将泡芙下方切开一点,所以可以填充香草奶油.Useasmallknife,cutthebottomoftheshellsforthefilling.
9、将香草布丁用挤奶油器放进泡芙里.Fillthepuddingmixtureintothepuffshells.
