南瓜肉片的做法
南瓜洗净挖籽不去皮切片备用将肉片和醃肉料调匀,放冰箱冷藏片刻使其入味锅中油烧热,倒入肉片炒熟盛出备用倒入南瓜片和1/2杯水,水滚转小火待南瓜软绵,且稍收汁加入肉片拌匀稍煮片刻即完成(此时也可补调味)盛盘后撒些白芝麻即可享用囉!
