桂圆果干BISCOTTI的做法
把蛋和奶油都放在室温下软化,将、蛋、奶油、糖,混和打到泛白,分次加入面粉及bakingpowder/盐,混合均匀。最后将杏仁香精及切碎的桂圆干加入面糊中,用手混合均匀,整型一下。将整片的面团用350F烤30min,取出来放凉约10分钟,切片,翻面继续在以300F烤30min。总之,烤到他们都熟了,乾乾的,就ok了!!!
