洋葱炒鸡丁的做法
先把洋葱洗净、削皮,切;鸡肉洗净;青葱(绿色部份)切段,备用,倒入橄榄油,放入鸡肉快炒一下至7分熟先起锅放盘备用,并洗锅子,倒入橄榄油,放入洋葱快炒一下,呈透明颜色,再放入鸡肉,再加点少许的米酒、盐,香油,最后洒入青葱,即可盛盘享用。
