【食材】:无盐奶油175公克;糖粉65公克;盐1.5公克;杏仁粉10公克;低筋面粉160公克;
奶油酥球的做法
无盐奶油175公克,放置於室温中软化175gunsaltedbutter,softenedatroomtemperature
用手指按压奶油,可以压出凹陷,奶油的软化程度就可以了Pressthecreamwithyourfingers,youcanpressoutthedepression,andthesofteningofthecreamisenough
将软化好的奶油倒入大的搅拌碗Pourthesoftenedcreamintoalargemixingbowl
用刮板将奶油切小块Cutthebutterintosmallpieceswithaspatula
将65公克的糖粉,过筛加入奶油中Sift65gramsofpowderedsugarintothecream
再加入1.5公克盐Add1.5gramsofsalt
用电动搅拌器混合奶油与糖粉,将奶油打到松发,并呈现微微发白Mixthecreamandpowderedsugarwithanelectricmixer,andbeatthecreamuntilfluffyandslightlywhitish
将10公克杏仁粉加入奶油中Add10gramsofalmondflourtothecream
再将160公克低筋面粉过筛加入Thensift160gramsoflow-glutenflourandadd
手持刮刀,以【切拌】方式,混合奶油与低筋面粉,搅拌到看不到面粉,就可以了Useaspatulatomixthecreamandlow-glutenflourina[cuttingandmixing]way
将饼干面团放进挤花袋中Putthecookiedoughintoapipingbag
将面团挤入直径4公分的半圆形矽胶烤模中Squeezethedoughintoasemi-circularsiliconebakingmoldwithadiameterof4cm
汤匙,背面沾点水,将饼干表面抹平,并将多余的面团去除tablespoon,backedwithsomewater,tosmoothoutthesurfaceofthebiscuitandremoveexcessdough
烤箱先预热到160℃,烘烤25分钟Preheattheovento160°Candbakefor25minutes
烘烤结束後,取出烤好的饼干~放凉Afterbaking,takeoutthebakedbiscuits~letcool
饼干冷却後,就可脱模了Oncethebiscuitshavecooled,theycanbeunmoulded
奶油酥球可以烤好後直接吃,也可以用巧克力酱黏合两个奶油酥球,做成巧克力奶油酥球Eatitdirectlyafterbaking,oryoucangluetwobutterpuffballswithchocolatesauce
将一个奶油酥球底部沾满巧克力酱,再拿另一个奶油酥球黏合,就好了Dipthebottomofoneshortbreadballwithchocolatesauce,andthengluetheothershortbreadball
