凉拌干丝的做法
1、将芹菜,胡萝卜切丝.蒜头切碎,辣椒剥碎.Shredceleryandcarrot.Mincegarlicandredpepper.
2、芹菜丝,与胡萝卜丝一起入水川烫,捞出沥干.放入冷水中降温.Boilcelerywithshreddedcarrotsfor1minthentakeoutandputintoabowlofcoldwater.
3、豆干切丝,放入滚水中川烫,捞出沥干,放入步骤1的冷水中降温.将所有捞出沥干备用.Shreddriedbeancurd,boilfor30seconds,takesitoutandputintothecoldwaterinstep1.Takeeverythingoutanddrained.
4、放入碗里,,加入蒜泥,红辣椒.淋上所有调味料拌匀.Putintoabowl,addchoppedredpepperandmincedgarlicthenallseasonings,mixwell.
