用料
豆腐Tofu1砖(pcs),猪绞肉Groundpork150g,洋葱Onion1/2颗(pcs),蒜Garlic2颗(cloves),葱花Greenonion1支(pcs)
麻婆豆腐的做法
1、准备所有材料:豆腐切小块,蒜头,洋葱,红萝卜,葱切碎Prepareallingredients:Cuttofuintosmallsquares,mincedgarlic,onion,carrotandgreenonion.
2、豆腐用水煮滚之后沥干水份.Putcuttofuintoapotandboilwithwater,thendrainthewater.
3、热锅下油,用中火先炒猪绞肉炒半熟(稍稍变白)Heatawokorapotoverhighheatandaddalittlebitofoil,breakinguplumps,andcookuntilhalfwhite.
4、下洋葱,蒜和红萝卜,中火炒2分钟Addgarlic,onionandcarrot,stir-fryovermoderateheatuntilveryfragrant,about2minutes.
5、下豆瓣酱,酱油,糖,水,拌匀,煮沸Addhotbeanpaste,soysauce,sugarandwater,mixwellandbringtoboil.
6、然后下豆腐,轻轻拌匀,不要弄散豆腐Addtofu,mixverygently,andmakesurenottobreakthetofuapart.
7、"太白粉水"拌匀后,慢慢加进锅里,搅拌煮滚.Mix"cornstarchwater"well,thenaddintothepotslowly,mixandbringtoboil.
8、洒上葱花Sprinklegreenonion.
