芦笋炒鸡丁的做法
将鸡肉切丁,用少许盐巴,太白粉及酒抓醃备用。芦笋切段,蘑菇切片备用。大蒜切片。煮一锅开水,水滚后,将鸡肉下锅烫变白起锅。热锅,下油及蒜片,蒜头香味出来后,放入蘑菇片。蘑菇煎软出汁后,放入芦笋及黑楜椒粒拌炒,再加入鸡丁,续拌匀。加入(酱汁材料)酱油,糖,水,黑醋后,煮滚收汁一半,勾薄芡,即可上桌。
