家常肉丝炒面的做法
将油面以热水烫过,再以冰水冰镇备用。将洋葱、香菇、辣椒切丝,青葱切段,备用。猪肉切丝,加入少许盐及少许素蚝油,搅拌均匀,使它入味锅子加热,倒入料理油,以大火爆香香菇,入洋葱及红萝卜拌炒,再加入猪肉炒熟,接下来加入川烫后的油面、辣椒、青葱,拌炒均匀。可转中火开始调味,加入少许盐及素蚝油、胡椒盐,充分拌炒均匀,让所有食材入味,起锅前淋上香油少许,稍加搅拌,即可盛盘上菜
