番红花奶油鲑鱼的做法
将番红花丝放入高汤内,以小火煮滚后熄火;红葱头、培根切细末备用热锅加少许橄榄油,爆香红葱头末、培根末,加入白酒拌炒至酒精挥发加入番红花高汤,转大火煮滚,并以适量盐、胡椒调味,加入鲜奶油,等到酱汁略为收干即可鲑鱼两面洒适量盐、胡椒,以平底锅煎熟,配上喜好的蔬菜,再淋上番红花奶油就完成了!
