天然酵母馒头的做法

任选一种您要的口味,全混在一起搅拌均匀,揉到三光。利用擀面棍杆平呈长方形,短边开始卷起。松弛约15分钟,再杆平,卷起。切段。每一面团约可做出七个。切段后直接后发,发到两倍大,就可以蒸(中小火)噜!以这种大小来说,蒸10分钟就可以啦!蒸好后~巧克力就是这样黑,里面是咖啡色的。蒸好后~抹茶是这种颜色,吃完后都会口乾,可能自己买的抹茶粉不够天然吧!
