步骤5:按压面团挤出空气,切割成10个54g的小面团,以湿布盖著,再静置30分钟;Pressthedoughanddivideinto10smallequalballs(@54g),coverwithwettowelforanother30mins.
步骤6:预热烤箱至200度。案板上撒高粉,按压小面团,擀平至圆;Preheatovento200C.Dustcountertopwithbreadflour,flattenthesmallballbypressing,rollouttillround.
步骤7:烤盘上洒上高粉,把擀好的扁面团平均置于盘内;Placeeachpitaontopofflouredbakingtray.
