辣味红椒炖猪肉的做法
猪五花沾裹盐面粉及红椒粉后,热油煎上色备用。热油炒洋葱至软后,加入红甜椒与蒜片与辣椒炒出香味,加入煎好的猪肉与红椒粉拌炒,并加入红酒与红酒醋。炒干液体后再加入水与红萝卜,煮滚后转小火盖上高丽菜叶煮约2小时后加盐调味。食用前加些酸奶风味更佳。
