用料
"红萝卜(切大块)两大条","洋葱(切大块)一大颗","马铃薯(切大块)三大颗","粉丝泡软(或魔芋面)两把","蒜头适量","葱段适量","火锅牛肉片也可以用五花肉煮)一包","高汤23碗","清酒2大匙","砂糖1大匙","酱油5大匙","砂糖1小匙","酱油1大匙","清酒2大匙","蒜末适量","太白粉1大匙",
马铃薯炖肉的做法
牛肉片切短成2或3等分,用醃料醃5-10分钟。下油锅炒香蒜头,洋葱,葱白段,后再将肉片下锅炒至变色起锅备用热原炒锅,依序放入马铃薯、红萝卜续炒一下。加入酱油,砂糖,清酒,高汤大火煮滚后转中小火炖20-30分钟直到马铃薯熟透。(液体的量要稍稍淹过材料才会入味)。加入粉丝,煮2-3分钟,待马铃薯软嫩,倒回肉片,所有食材吸入煮汁,撒上葱花即可
