菲力奶油烧的做法
平底锅煎菲力定型上色后(不要煎熟),切成适当大小的块状备用,将调味料打成泥备用。波菜洗净切段后炒熟(用原锅焖菠菜3分钟后起锅),沥去水分放于盘中备用。擦拭锅子,放入奶油加热至溶化,再放入蒜片以小火炒至金黄色有香气,取出1/3蒜片放置盘中备用。续入牛排、金针菇、香菇丝翻炒至牛肉至六分熟。加入适量调味料开大火翻炒均匀后,置放在菠菜上即可。
